London's first fit20 studio open
Londoners will now be able to enjoy the benefits of fit20’s unique training method in Chiswick. The fit20 training is based on scientific studies. The work-out consists of slow and controlled high intensity training in a custom cooled room- which means no sweating and no need to change into gym clothes or shower afterwards - making it the perfect work-out to fit into a busy schedule or your working day.
Sessions are always by appointment and taken 1-2-1 with a fully trained Personal Trainer. There’s no guesswork at fit20: every week your performance is carefully tracked and you can see your progress clearly on a graph.
